1 C All-purpose Flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 8oz can corn, drained
1/2 C Egg Beaters
1 C Brown Cow Plain Greek Yogurt (0% Fat)
Directions
Combine dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients, fold together. Bake in small muffin tins in 400 deg. oven about 15 min. Batter makes 14 muffins.
