Introduction
I made these for breakfast on Christmas day. they are small, and so I eat about 2-3 of them, but at only 81 calories per one, it's delicious. You can also use them for a snack, dessert, holidays, or whatever. Ingredients

1 Apple, sliced, cored, peeled (9 slices are needed)
Frozen pastry sheet--thawed, cut into 9 squares
Nutmeg, ground
sliced almonds
honey
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Use and ungreased cookie sheet
Slice, core, and peel apple to at least 9 slices
Thaw your frozen pastry sheet for 40 minutes or overnight and cut into 9 squares
Place one slice of apple on each square, sprinkle with nutmeg
Moisten corners of each square and bring opposit corners together and pinch them so they are sealed together. Do this with all four corners.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until pastry has a golden tint.
melt approximately 1/4 cup of honey in a sauce pan on low-medium heat. Brush melted honey on each pastry after it comes out of the oven. Sprinkle with sliced almonds.
