Ingredients

    12 cups water
    6 large cabbage leaves
    1 lb ground turkey - 93%
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 cup cooked wild rice
    1 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    1 tsp pepper
    1 cup Hunts Sugar Free Spaghetti Sauce
    1/2 teaspoon basil
    1 cup low fat or no fat mozzarella cheese

Directions

makes 6 cabbage rolls
Heat oven to 375. In 4 qt saucepan, bring water to boil over high heat. Immerse cabbage leaves in water for 1 minute or until leaves turn brighter in color. Immediately put leaves in ice cold water to stop them from cooking.
Combine turkey and onion in 10 inch skillet. Cook over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Stir in rice, oregano, basil and pepper.
Spoon 1/2 cup turkey mixture into center of each cabbage leaf. Roll up leaves, folding ins the sides and place seam side down in 8 inch square backing dish.
Spoon spaghetti sauce on top of cabbage rolls and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil. Bake or 25 to 30 minutes or until centers of rolls are hot and sauce is bubbling. Spoon sauce over rolls when serving.
