Ingredients

    chicken breast (as many as people you are serving)
    taco seasoning (enough to coat all the pieces)
    Salsa (enough to cover the amount of chicken you got)
    Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 small bag should do)
    Rice Sides Spanish Rice

Directions

Preheat oven to 375.

lightly grease bottom of glass baking dish.

Thoroughly coat chicken in taco seasoning and place in dish.

Pour salsa over all the pieces of chicken.

Put a nice layer of shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Bake at 375 for about 50 minutes.

optional: Top with sour cream.

Serve with Spanish rice.
