Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup green bell pepper
    1 onion
    1 tomatoe chopped or cut in wedges
    1 lb. lean beef, or pork, or chicken, or shrimp
    2 TBS margarine
    1 cup reduced fat sour cream
    12 -16 oz egg noodles whole wheat or plain
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste

Directions

I like to use whole wheat egg noodles. first i get them boiled.
while thats going on saute meat brown in margarine. up a little
cut up peppers and onions trow them in with meat. when every thing is as tender as you like it(some flexibility there) then add tomatoes and sour cream. i add slenada to low fat sour cream cuase i don't like the taste of it and that helps.now add seasoning i like southwestern but anything goes here. let that incorporate togther mix with noodles and so tasty.
