Ingredients

    1 tbsp olive oil
1.3 lbs. 93% lean ground turkey
    1 large onion - chopped
chili powder, cumin, oregano, black pepper
1 3/4 cup swanson chicken broth
    1 cup pace chunky salsa
    1 tbsp sugar
1 can (about 15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (about 16 oz) whole kernel corn, drained

Directions

Turns out to be 6 servings, so measure out 6 serving sizes when finished.

Heat the oil in the saucepan.

Add the turkey, chopped onion, and spices. Cook until the turkey is well-browned. Stir often to separate meat.

At this point, I transfer everything over into a stew pot because my saucepan isn't large enough.

Stir in the broth, salsa, sugar, beans, and corn and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 30 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
