Ingredients

    8 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 oz of lemon juice
    1-1/2 tsp (half a Tbls) Light olive oil
    1 Tbls fresh Rosemary, chopped
    1/2 to 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper

Directions

Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Rosemary and pepper. pour over chicken breast and rub it in all over. you can cook right away or let it marinate for awhile.
Heat Foreman grill until ready, Lay the chicken breast on heated grill and close. Depending on the thickness of the breast, cooking times may vary, but 8 minutes is about average. The ready light will go off.
