Ingredients

2 packages of Oriental flavored Ramen (Ramen crushed and season packets reserved for later)
1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
1/4 cup of slivered almonds
2 bags of 3 color shredded cabbage (16 oz bags)
1/2 cup + 2 Tbs. Canola oil
2 Tbs. Smart Balance margarine light
1/2 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup of Splenda for baking
3 Tbs. Light Soy Sauce
Directions
Melt 2 Tbs. of the Canola oil and 2 Tbs. of Smart Balance in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add crushed Ramen, sunflower seeds and slivered almonds. Stir constantly and sautee until golden. Remove from heat and spread out on foil and cool completely.
Mix together 1/2 cup Canola oil, 1/2 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup of Splenda, 3 Tbs. Soy Sauce and 2 packets of the Ramen seasoning.
In a big bowl toss the dressing with your bags of cabbage and chill in the fridge.
Toss in the Ramen/nut mix about 30 minutes prior to serving.
