    1 ham hock
    3 cans Bush's Great Northern beans
    1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
    1 6 oz. can tomato sauce
    10 green olives with pimientos
    3 tbsp. Goya Sofrito
    3 tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 cup cider vinegar
    2 cups sliced ripe plantains
    2 pkts. Sazon Goya seasoning mix
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 bay leaves


Mix all ingredients in large pot and cook for 30 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
