Introduction

This is my favorite smoothie right now. This is my favorite smoothie right now.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    8 oz Almond milk (I make my own)
    1 banana
    1 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1 fresh peach or 5 - 8 frozen slices

Directions

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust to your tastes.
Makes approximately one 12 oz serving.
