    2.25 cups oat bran cereal
    .25 cup chopped nuts
    .25 cup raisins or dried cranberries
    1 tbsp baking powder
    .25 cup brown sugar or .25 cup honey
    1.25 cup skim milk
    2 egg whites
    2 tbsp vegetable oil


Preheat oven to 425
In large powl combine oat bran, nuts, raisins, baking powder. Stir in brown sugar.
In seperate bowl combine milk, egg whites and oil. Blend in with dry ingredients. Line muffin tin with paper baking cups or grease.
Bak 15-17 minutes or test with a tooth picks.
