    A Taste of Thai Lite Coconut Milk, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup (remove)
    Sweet potato, .5 sweetpotato, 5" long (remove)
    Yellow Onion Med (5.65 oz), 2.825 oz (remove)
    *Sugar, Raw (Sugar in the Raw), 1 tsp (remove)
    Ginger Root, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    *Minced Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)
    *ground tumeric, .25 tsp (remove)
    *Curry Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Baby-Cut Carrots / 1 carrot = 1 serving (President's Choice Organics), 3 serving (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)


Bring the coconut milk and vegetable borth to a slow simmer. Add pre cooked potatoes and carrots, add peppers and onion, allow to simmer a few more minutes and add the remaining ingredients. Serve over brown Rice.
