Ingredients

♥ 1 Box (13.25 oz) Whole Wheat Penne Pasta
♥ 1 Bag Fresh Baby Spinach, 6 oz.
♥ 2 Cans (14.5 oz each) Del Monte Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano
♥ 1 Package Johnsonville Mild Italian (Pork) Sausage
♥ 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
♥ 1 Bag Low Moisture Mozzarella Cheese (8 oz)
Directions
♥ Boil Penne noodles until al dente (just tender).
♥ Meanwhile, brown sausage in a large pan (large enoght to eventually fit all ingredients) until no longer pink.
♥ When Sausage is cooked thoroughly, add drained cans of tomatoes and 3 tsps (or 1 Tbsp) garlic. Cook 2-3 minutes until warmed through.
♥ Add fresh spinach to pan, cover, and cook until just wilted (not mushy) stirring and checking it frequently.
♥ Drain pasta and toss all ingredients together.
♥ Serve with mozzarella cheese sprinkled over the top.
