Ingredients

    Sauce:
    1 small chopped onion
    1 tablespoon of oil
    1 tablespoon of sugar
1 400 gram of chopped tomatoes
    1 tablespoon of soy sauce

    1 cup of grated cheese

    Base:
    1 cup of flour
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    dash of salt
    1 tablespoon of oil
    1/2 cup of water

Directions

I make this in a square shallow baking tray and cut it into 9 retangle pieces, roughly the size of my hand.

Add chopped onions to a pan with a tablespoon of oil heated in it. Cook until clear, add a tablespoon of sugar and cook until the onions are coated. Add a can of chopped tomatoes and a tablespon of soy sauce mix together then leave on a medium to low heat so it reduces down. While this is happening preheat the oven to bake 200 degrees and get started on the base:

Add flour, baking powder, salt, oil in a large bowl. make a well in the iddle and add the water. Mix until it has roughly come together, turn out on to a floured surface knead for abit then roll out til thin. Place on a greased tray.

Spread the tomatoe sauce evenly over the base then top with the cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Any thing can be added to this pizza -ham, veggies, other cheeses etc spread on top of the sauce before adding the cheese.
