    2 onions
    1 green pepper
    1 red pepper
    1 hot pepper
    4 cloves garlic
    32 oz. extra lean ground turkey
    28 oz. canned diced tomatoes
    58 oz tomato sauce
    15.5 oz northern beans
    31 oz kidney beans
    15.5 oz garbanzo beans
    add cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper to taste
