Ingredients

    -1 cup steal cut oats
    -3/4 cup blackberries
    -3/4 cup blueberries
    -add stevia or splenda to taste
    -4 1/2 cups of water
    -pam spray

Directions

Makes 4 1 cup servings
in slow cooker coat sides of slow cooker with pam spray. Add 1 cup steal cut oats, add all of the water. Cook on low for 8 hours. In the last hour, add blackberries and blueberries, and sweetener, OR if you prefer you can add the berries after the oatmeal is cooked.

Serve.
