    Buckwheat flour, 0.75 cup (remove)
    King Arthur white whole wheat flour, 1 cup (remove)
    Milk, 1%, 2 cup (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp (remove)
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)


Mix all ingredients. Let sit 2-3 hours. Cook in medium-hot pan that has been lightly greased with butter or oil. Serve warm.

Excellent with sweet or savory fillings.
