Ingredients

    1 head of cabage-chopped
    3 scallions-chopped
    1 bunch of celery-diced
    1 green pepper-diced
    3 large mushrooms (fresh or canned)-chopped
    2 cans of Diced Tomatoes
    1 package of onion soup mix
    4 cups of water
    (any other vegetable or spices you want)
    Cheddar Cheese (shredded) as a topping (optional)

Directions

Chop-sautee all veggies, add in diced tomatoes, onion soup mix and water-boil until desired tenderness.
