Ingredients

2 carrots, grated
1 sweet, tart apple (such as McIntosh or Granny Smith) finely diced
1 stalk broccoli, extra finely chopped, stalk, tree and all (she also uses cauliflower if she has it)
2 Tbsp. sweet onion, extra finely chopped
Tbsp. or 2 of raisins
2 Tbsp. mayo
2 tsp. - 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar (OR ½ lemon and ½ pkg. Splenda)
A little pickle relish or chow-chow
Directions
Mix well and serve.
