    Pink Salmon canned 14.75 onces
    Fiber One Bran Cerel 1/2 cup
    Geeen Peppers three tablespoons
    Onions raw two tablespoons
    Egg Substitute 1/4 cup
    Black Pepper 3 dashes
    Adobo 1/4 tsp.
    Basil dried 1 tsp.
    Extra Virgin Olive oil 1 tablespoon

Directions

Blend Fiber One bran cereal, set aside
chop onions and green peppers, sauete and set aside
all ingredients to bowl mix well,
form 5 patties
and place in hot pan with oil
Fry on medium light unlil brown turn after five minutes
