Introduction
This is very quick and easy because all the ingredients are already cooked. Very yummy also. If you use low sodium beef broth powder, it is even better for you. Ingredients

1-12 oz pkg Flav-R-Pac Santa Fe Medley Steam of the Crop frozen veggies
1-12 oz can of Roast Beef (I use Fresh ans Easy brand)
1-284 gram pkg of edamame (soybeans) (I use foodology brand, cooked ready to eat)
1 Tbsp Bragg's Liquid Aminos
2 Tbsps Low sodium Beef broth powder (makes 1 cup of broth)
1 cup of water (or enough to barely cover the ingredients)
Directions
Place all ingredients in a small crock pot and cook on low for 3-4 hours. (Can be turned on high and cooked a shorter amount of time.)
Makes approx. 5-1 cup servings.
