Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 large onion, diced
    3 cans diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 can corn, not drained
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    1 can black beans, drained
    1 4.5 oz can chopped green chilis
    1 envelope taco seasoning mix
    1 envelope Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix
    1-2 cans water

Directions

Brown meat with onions until onions are tender and meat is crumbly. Drain fat from beef. Rinse beef and onions with water in a colander. Pour beef and onion mixture into crock pot or Dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cook on high until it boils, then reduce heat and simmer for approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 10 1 1/2 cup servings.
