Ingredients

2 pounds extra lean ground beef
1 clove garlic minced
2 tsp italian seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
2 jars spaghetti sauce
16 ounces pasta cooked and drained (rotini, rigatoni etc.)
13 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
32 slices pepperoni
Directions
Makes 2 9x13 casseroles that serve 12 each.
Brown ground beef, garlic and seasoning in oil. Drain. Stir in cooked pasta, spaghetti sauce and 1/2 cheese. Spread mixture into two 9x13 baking dishes sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top of both casseroles and top with pepperoni.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
This freezes well too and can be frozen for up to 3 months. If preparing frozen casserole thaw in refrigerator overnight then bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until heated through.
