Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 large can diced tomatoes
    onions - to your liking
    2 stalks celery
    3 large carrots chopped
    1 can - mixed beans (NOT salad) or whatever beans you like
    1 can kernel corn
    3 - 5 cups beef broth or boullion (depends how thick you like your soup)
    Tomato sauce - optional
    Taco season mix - to your own desired spice level


Directions

This makes about 10 servings..... not an exact recipe - really depends how much you want to add to it.

Brown ground beef, drain if necessary
Add onion & celery to beef and brown a little more
Put everything into a crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours (ish)

Again this recipe leaves TONS of room for creativity... :-) Enjoy!
