Didn't actually measure anything but the wine, but turned out with well-balanced and great flavoring. Definitely adding to my arsenal of tasty cuisine! - 8/23/10

  • As others have said, I thought this was very bland. There aren't any ingredients that give it any pizazz. If I was to modify this, I would add more garlic and a sprinkle of paprika, cumin, red pepper flakes, chili powder, or some other similar spice/herb. - 4/9/12

  • This is a flavorful, though subtle and mild, recipe, and it is a VERY healthy way to bake a large filet of cod. I loved it! I didn't use any salt or pepper, and used fresh, chopped tomato. Moist and very pleasing. - 6/27/11
