Didn't actually measure anything but the wine, but turned out with well-balanced and great flavoring. Definitely adding to my arsenal of tasty cuisine! - 8/23/10

  • As others have said, I thought this was very bland. There aren't any ingredients that give it any pizazz. If I was to modify this, I would add more garlic and a sprinkle of paprika, cumin, red pepper flakes, chili powder, or some other similar spice/herb. - 4/9/12

  • This is a flavorful, though subtle and mild, recipe, and it is a VERY healthy way to bake a large filet of cod. I loved it! I didn't use any salt or pepper, and used fresh, chopped tomato. Moist and very pleasing. - 6/27/11

  • Very tasty- Instead of sundried tomatoes, I used bruschetta. My 7 year old loved it and asked for more, and my guests asked for the recipe - 5/12/11

  • A really nice looking recipe. I'd like to try this with other white fish as well. I'm wondering how it would taste with monk fish. - 1/5/10

  • This was delicious! It seemed as if half a teaspoon of salt would be too much, so I used a quarter teaspoon. It was still too salty for us. I'll probably cut it to an eigth of a teaspoon or leave it out entirely. - 7/7/09

  • We used a little too much lemon - the "small" lemon is the key, so we'll just use less next time. - 2/25/08

  • I sat down to eat this whilst my family were tucking in to their roast dinner, and they all commentated on how nice it looked and smelt. They all insisted on tryi9ng a taste of it, and want me to cook it for them sometime. Even my daughter - who doesnt like fish! - 1/19/08

  • I made this tonight and it was okay. The cod didn't taste too good and it took a lot longer to cook than the recipe said. Then I overcooked the fish. - 6/20/07

  • I liked this dish but my cod was a little over done. Not sure if it was the cook time or my oven so I'll have to watch that in the future. - 3/14/07
