Introduction

Nummy on lots of things and it gives salads some zip. I don't need as much dressing with this because it has such a strong flavor. Nummy on lots of things and it gives salads some zip. I don't need as much dressing with this because it has such a strong flavor.

Ingredients

    1/4 cup Honey,
1/4 cup Mustard, (I like Dijon)
    1/4 cup Vinegar
Garlic, 6 cloves or a couple of tsp of powder (I love garlic so adjust to your own liking)

Directions

Put all in blender and blend until smooth and well mixed.
1 serving=1TBSP

This dressing has a lot of flavor so go easy adding it to your salads at first so you don't over do it. (manderine oranges are great on this salad with some chicken mmmmm nummy)
I love this on chicken breast. I marinade 1/2 chicken breast with 1 TBSP dressing in a resealable sandwitch bag then I either BQ the chicken breast of I bake it or grill it on the indoor grill. The dressing gives the chicken breast a little spice.

    Very Good
This was easy and yummy, but we would definitely cut the fresh garlic in half next time! - 1/16/12

    Very Good
I used this as a marinade on boneless pork chops and it gave them a very nice flavor. Would definitely use this one again. - 3/14/10

    Incredible!
This is a great dressing without the garlic. I whisked it together in a pyrex measuring cup and just minced two really big cloves of garlic. The garlic flavor comes out in an hour or so since I minced it. Thanks for a great dressing! - 3/8/10
