    .3 cup chopped mushroom
    .3 cup chopped onion
    .25 cup grated carrots
    1 oz. shredded cheese
    2 tablespoons chopped pimento
    1 egg white
    1 teaspoon garlic


In a bowl, add all ingredients and mix well. Form into a pattie. Spray and heat pan and cook pattie about 10 minutes and turn and cook 10 more minutes. Makes 1 patty.
