Introduction

This recipe is an attempt to track the nutrients I obtain from green juice that I make. I've been disappointed that I can't find info for juiced items (ie: kale juice). This recipe lists the ingredients as the whole fruits and veg that I juice. Obviously, not all of the nutrients will be retained in the juice.     Kale, 3 or 4 leaves
    Celery, 3 stalks
    Parsley, handful
    Cucumber, one medium or large
    Lemon, one half
    Apple

Directions

Clean it, peel it (if needed), and juice it.
