Introduction

2 cups black beans (drained of any liquid)
1/4 cup sprouted bread crumbs (I use Alvarado St. Flaxseed Sprouted Lite Bread)
2 cloves garlic (minced really fine)
2 tbsp onion (minced really fine)
3 tbsp fresh cilantro (minced really fine)
1 large egg
1 teas hot sauce (or to taste)
2 cups black beans (drained of any liquid)

Ingredients

    2 cups black beans (drained of any liquid)
    1/4 cup sprouted bread crumbs (I use Alvarado St. Flaxseed Sprouted Lite Bread)

Directions

Preheat oven at 375 degrees

Toast bread until well done, crumble into mixing bowl and set aside.

Mash black beans until puree. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well incorporated. Shape into 5 patties and put in freezer for about 15 minutes to help them hold their shape.

Spray cookie sheet lined with parchment paper with cooking spray (like Pam)
Spray bottom of patties with cooking spray and season to taste
Lay patties on prepared cookie sheet about an inch apart
Spray top of patties with cooking spray and season to taste
Bake for 15-20 minutes
