Very easy basic fried rice with leftover rice, garlic, soy sauce and vegetables in your freezer. Very easy basic fried rice with leftover rice, garlic, soy sauce and vegetables in your freezer.

Ingredients

    2.5 cups of cooked brown rice
    2.5-3 cups of diced vegetables - celery, carrot, broccoli, onions, green beans, mushrooms
    2 tsp garlic paste
    1 T oil
    sriracha sauce
    soy sauce
    pepper

Directions

heat oil on high,
add garlic, saute 1 min,
add veggies and soy sauce, stir fry on high heat until smoky
add rice and sriracha sauce,
stir fry until smoky.
sprinkle pepper and serve
