Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    8 cups water
    1 Cup Black Beans, soaked over night, rinsed and drained
    1 Cup Pinto Beans, soaked over night, rinsed and drained
    3 Medium Tomatoes, chopped
    1 Tbsp Chili Powder
    1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/4 tsp Onion Powder
    1/4 tsp Dried Oregano
    1/2 tsp Paprika
    1 Tbsp Ground Cumin
    1 Beef Bouillon Cube, crumbled
    1 tsp Black Pepper
    2 tsp Flour

Directions

Makes 8 1-cup servings

After rinsing and draining beans, add beans, water and seasonings to a large soup pot.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a low boil and cook for two hours.

Just before two hours is up brown and drain ground beef.

Add beef and tomatoes to bean mixture and simmer 10 minutes.
