Ingredients

1 1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
3 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
1/4 cup unsweetened unsalted almond butter
1 tbsp vital wheat gluten
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
6 tbsp ground flax meal
1 scoop vegan protein powder (I used Vega Vanilla Chai)
2 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease an 8x8" square baking dish with non-stick spray.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until completely blended. Spread evenly in the prepared baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until edges begin to pull away from dish and center is no longer sticky.
Let cool and cut into 8 equally sized bars.
