Introduction

This is a simple, healthy and delicious breakfast option given to me by my trainer. She also puts slivered almonds on it however I omitted that in this recipe. Ingredients

    1/2 of a Banana
    1 tbsp of all natural peanut butter (Teddy's is my favorite)
    1 9oz Cedar's brand Whole Wheat Wrap

Directions

Slice the banana in half length wise. Spread the peanut butter on the wrap, put the sliced banana on it and roll.
