Introduction

This was created by my 12 year old nephew. He didn't know he was eating SOY! This was created by my 12 year old nephew. He didn't know he was eating SOY!

Ingredients

    1 morning star farms chix pattie
    3 tbsp skim milk
    1 tbsp Hellman's reduced fat mayo
    1/2 tsp yellow mustard
    1/4 c finely diced bell pepper (red or green)
    1 slice fat free cheese singles
    2 slices light wheat (2 slices / serving approx 70 cals)

Directions

Put the milk, mayo and mustard in a pan and whisk until well combined. Turn on the burner and continue to whisk until starts bubbling. Add the cheese and whisk until combined and sauce thickens. Add the diced peppers. Cook that for about 2 minutes. While you're cooking, thaw chix patty in microwave. Cut up the chix patty into small bites. Add to mix. Reduce heat and simmer while you toast the bread. Put the mix on the bread and enjoy!
