Hollandaise sauce (McCormick packet) prepared as directed with water
Fresh crab meat (as much as you want) 2 tbsp each plate
ore ida shredded hashbrowns 1 cup
4 eggs
3 slices of cheese
Directions
Sauce:
Hollandaise sauce prepared as directed with water.
Crab meat sauted in butter to warm. Set aside.
Hash browns cooked in a skillet with butter. as directed.
Scramble eggs with cheese. Prepared with cooking spray or butter.
Sprinkle with old bay seasoning.
Prepare plates in layers hashbrown, topped with crab, topped with sauce, topped with egg, topped with sauce.
