4 cups Cooked Pasta (gemelli or boxties work well)
2 Stalks celery, chopped
1 large red or yellow pepper, in strips
10 canned black olives, sliced
2 sm. zucchini sliced
1 cup broccoli diced
2 tbs. capers
1 can tuna
DRESSING:
2 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbs. red wine vinegar
3 tbs. dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Make pasta
Chop vegetables
Put tuna, warm pasta, and vegetables in a bowl
make dressing out of vinegar, oil, and mustard
Toss salad.
