Ingredients

    4 oz crab meat
    4 oz small cooked shrimp
    2 tbsp Mayonnaise
    1 tsp Dijon mustard
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1/4 cup cucumber, diced
    1/4 cherry tomatoes, diced
    1 tsp Asian chili sauce
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    2 ripe avocados

Directions

Mix all ingredients except avocados in bowl and let sit 1 hour.
Split avocados lengthwise and remove pit.
Hollow out avocado meat and dice. Save shells.
Mix avocado meat into mixture, saving half for garnish.
Spoon mixture into avocado shells, top with avocado meat as garnish.
