Introduction

This is a very popular Arabic salad. You will find it in every Labanese or any other Arabic restaurant. VERY YUMMY!!!! This is a very popular Arabic salad. You will find it in every Labanese or any other Arabic restaurant. VERY YUMMY!!!!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups chopped parsley*
    1 large tomato chopped*
    .25 cup chopped green onions*
    .25 cup dry bulgur
    .25 cup olive oil
    1 large lemon's juice
    salt

    * These should be very very tinyily chopped. They should be the size of one grain of the bulgur.

Directions

First put the bulgur in a dish and cover it with water while you are chopping everything else.

Chop the parsley, tomatoes, and onions. Put them in a bowl.
Now drain the water in the bulgur ( it should have grown in size by then) and add it to the bowl. Finally add the oil, lemon , and salt.
Mix and serve.
