Introduction

Ingredients

    5 cups oatmeal
    1/4 cup Flax Seed
    1 cup Walnuts
    1 Tsp Cinnamon
    1 Tsp Ginger
    1/2 Tsp Vanilla
    1 cup of Raisins or Cranberries
    2 oz Honey ( Aprox 4 TBSP)
    1 TBSP of Lavender buds
    1TSP Salt
    1 Cup Splenda
    1.3 Cups water


Directions

Put all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. spread in a baking sheet and bake at 375º F for 45 min - 1 hour or until golden and dry.

Cool down, store in a resealable bag or bowl and enjoy.
