Found these to be really dry. To improve use 1 small onion, minced and 4-6 ounces white mushrooms minced. Mix with turkey and other spices. then grill or pan fry. The moisture from the fresh onion and mushroom keeps the lean burgers moist and adds flavor but isn't overpowering. - 6/8/09

Good as is or add some finely diced bell peppers for even more flavor. Did so and used with rice to stuff bell peppers and turned it into two nights dinners. - 10/6/07

I made these for my husband and he loved them. I made them up and then froze them in plastic pattie containers and they turned out great! - 10/9/07

This receipe was wonderful. I topped it with some cooked mushrooms and tomatos ( lightly cooked together with some garlic) and put it on whole wheat toast with a little lowfat sourcream (instead of mayo) and it was delicious. I have never had a turkey burger before and I will be eating more now!! - 10/6/07
