Ingredients

    1 whole raw beet w/greens
    1/2 c raw spinach
    1/2 c carrots
    1 whole lemon
    1 tsp ginger root
    1 tsp olive oil
    4 cups water

Directions

Peel and slice all vegetables. Add to blender with water and blend until smooth. Strain if desired.
