Introduction

This is from a recipe Rachel Ray made, "Adirondack Red Wing Burgers" , which are awesome!

I used most of her ingredients and added more veggies, put the cheeses and relish the mixture and made meatballs!

Ingredients

    * Poultry seasoning, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)
    Salt & Pepper
    * Hot Pepper Sauce, 2 tsp (remove)
    * Carrots, raw, 0.50 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Celery, raw, 0.50 cup, diced (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 0.50 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Aldi's Spice Club Minced Garlic - 1 tsp (5g), 1.50 serving (remove)
    * Dill pickle relish (Kroger) - AMINOH, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Carolina Ground Turkey, 16 oz (remove)
    * Alouette Blue Cheese - 1/4 cup, 3 serving (remove)

Directions

Saute carrots, celery, onion and garlic in olive oil till tender.

Cool completely, mix with turkey, poultry seasoning, blue and cheddar cheeses and dill relish.

Form into 1" balls, bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.

Drizzle hot sauce over the top after pulled from oven.

Good hot or cold.
