Ingredients

Makes about 18 1-cup servings (or 9 2-cup servings: perfect size for a lunch)
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Cabbage, fresh, 0.50 head, large (about 7" dia)
Garlic, 6 cloves
Onions, raw, 1 large
zucchini, 1 large
1 lb 93% Lean Ground Beef
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
Beef broth, 6 cup
2 medium Carrots
Cauliflower, 1.5 cup
2 Yellow Peppers
1 cup of water
2 t cumin
1 T hot sauce
1/2 t. hot pepper flakes
1 t. oregano
1/2 t. celery salt
1 t. onion powder
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. salt
a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
hot sauce to taste
Directions
Cook onion and garlic in oil. Add hamburger and spices, cook and crumble. Add tomatoes and broth. Chop and add remaining ingredients except zucchini, bring to a low boil over medium high heat and then turn down to low. Cook until all the vegetables have softened, then add zucchini, cooking for another 10 minutes or until soft. For extra flavor, serve with a dash of garlic powder and hot sauce.
