    1 pound lean ground beef
    1 pound lean ground turkey
    1 medium onion chopped
    1 large egg
    1 cup bread crumbs
    1/2 cup salsa
    1/2 cup ketchup


Add all the ingredients In a large mixing bowl except 2 tablespoons of ketchup. Mix with your hands until well blended. Form into loaf and place in loaf baking pan. Spread remainder of the ketchup over top. Bake in the oven at 425 degrees for about one hour (be sure meat is completely cooked). Remove from oven and let sit for about 10 minutes. Slice and serve. Makes 8 servings.
