Ingredients




    Mushrooms, fresh, 10 large, remove stems and chop
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) Onions, raw, .1/4 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove minced
    Cream Cheese, Fat Free, 4 oz
    Canolla Oil 1 Tbs

Directions

Pre Heat oven to 350.
Clean 10 large Mushrooms, remove stems and chop.
1 package (10 oz) Spinach, frozen, Thawed and squeezed dry.
Onions, raw, .1/4 cup, chopped
Garlic, 1 clove minced
Cream Cheese, Fat Free, 4 oz room tempeture for mixing.

Chop mushroom stems, onions and Garlic. Saute in oil till soft. Add Spinach mix till warm. In a bowl put the cream cheese (microwave to soften if needed), mix to soften add mushroom & spinach mixture, mix well.
Spray a baking dish with pam take each mushroom cap and stuff it with the filling. Bake for 15 - 30 minutes.

    Very Good
    I made without oil & with "baby bella" mushrooms. I doubled the recipe and they were eaten up quickly! I just wish they stayed warm longer! - 3/16/08
