Ingredients

    1 cup water
    1 pinkie nail sized piece of ginger root, peeled and sliced
    1-2 cups kale
    half frozen banana
    1" slice fresh pineapple, with core
    1 apple, quartered
    1/2 cup lowfat vanilla organic yogurt
    about a cup of ice cubes

Directions

add ingredients in order listed to a high-powered blender, blend 60 seconds--add stevia to sweeten if needed. serves about 3 cups. Good to start the day with!!
