Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, medium chopped
    *Canola Oil, .25 cup
    Butter, salted, .25 cup
    Cider Vinegar, 4 oz
    *Knorr Chicken Bouillon, 2 tsp
    Water, tap, 4 oz
    *Caraway Seed, 1 tbsp (
    *Pork Chop, Loin, Fresh, Bone-in, raw 6 (about 5 oz each)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Splenda, 2 tsp (remove)

Directions

add oil to a heavy pan like a dutch oven. Heat oil and add pork chops to brown on both sides. you may have to do this in several batches. lower heat and top chops with chopped cabbage (1 1/2 inc pieces). mix vinegar with water and chick bouillion, salt , splenda and seeds, and pour over the cabbage. cut butter into pieces and simmer for 60 minutes at low heat.
