Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 can black beans, rinsed
    1/2 cup vegetable broth 9Low sodium preferred)
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup Salsa
    1 tsp Sriracha hot sauce (Or to taste)
    Small slice of Velveeta cheese (Optional)

Directions

Put all ingredients except velveeta cheese into a blender and puree until well blended. Pour into a saucepan and heat up. Add in Velveeta when it's hot. Stir until well blended. Serve!
You can add a little salt and pepper if you find it a little bland, but if you have a flavorful salsa, you usually don't need to!
