Ingredients

    6 pieces mushroom
    1/2 sliced onion
    1 tsp Puréed garlic
    1 pat of butter
    1 egg
    2 slices bread
    2 tbsp mayonnaise
    1 tsp mustard
    salt & pepper

Directions

1. Boil the egg for 20 minutes
2. Heat the the butter. Sauté the mushrooms along with the onion & garlic.
3. Mix the egg, mayonnaise and mustard. Salt & pepper for flavour
