Ingredients

Chicken Breast
Fresh Moazzarella Ball (found by deli in grocery store)
Marinara Sauce
Italian seasoning
Salt & Pepper
Basil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
***Make sure chicken breast is defrosted.
Wash and rinse 2 basil leaves. Mince 1 leaf.
Sprinkle chicken breast with italian seasoning and rub 1 minced basil leaf on breast.
Cook chicken breast through on skillet.
Cover cookie sheet with tin foil and place cooked chicken breast in the middle.
Slice 1/8 of mozzarella ball (70 cal) and place on chicken breast.
Pour with 1/2 marinara sauce over breast and cheese.
Place the washed basil leaf on top.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Enjoy!
Also try adding different spices to chicken -like garlic. I allow my chicken to marinate in seasonings for several hours.
Next time make it a fiesta and substitute basil for cilantro, mozzarella for pepper jack and marinara for salsa!
